My name is Tracy and I am the event coordinator for the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta and would like to invite vendors to be part of the Cinco de Mayo Celebration.
I’m looking for merchant and food vendors to enhance the event. I am a vendor myself and I feel that the vendors are a huge part of the ambiance, spirit and overall fun of all events.
Cinco de Mayo is May 3rd through May 5th 2013 and takes place at the Tom McCall Waterfront park in the heart of Portland, Oregon which takes up about 5 city blocks. Vendor spaces fills up fast, that is why I fill spaces on a first come first serve basis. I cannot offer exclusives, but I do try to limit the number of duplications.
I am looking forward to this year and I have some new ideas that I am going to implement into the event that I am excited about. Now don’t forget about Funtastic that will be providing the rides and games for a complete family fun package event.

COMMERCIAL / FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
2013 Cinco de Mayo will be accepting applications starting now until through April 25th 2013.
1.) Download the Rules and Regulations Manual – read
2.) Mail in the Application – along with 50% of booth fee
Upon receipt of your application, I will contact you within 7 business days to let you know if your booth has been accepted into the event – Please be sure and give a good contact number. I would prefer a e-mail address if you have one.
General Liability Insurance is required and must be in my office by April 1st 2013
Space fills up fast – get your application in early
